Bertch Cabinet Acquired by Dura Supreme

HOWARD SEE, MN – Dura Supreme, Howard Lake, a MN-based manufacturer of semi-custom framed and frameless cabinets, has appointed Bertch Cabinet Mfg. acquired to expand the company’s presence in the premium semi-custom cabinet market, the companies announced.

The acquisition, the terms of which have not been disclosed, “brings together two highly respected companies with well-known brands in the premium kitchen and bathroom furniture markets,” said Dura Supreme, owned by the Greenwich-based private equity firm, CT, located company GHK Capital Partners LP.

40-year-old Bertch, headquartered in Waterloo, IA, manufactures semi-customer-specific bathroom and kitchen furniture for a nationwide network of dealers.
