SEOUL, Mar 9 (Yonhap) – Samsung Electronics Co. announced Tuesday that it will expand its lineup of customizable home appliances to help consumers better reflect their lifestyles as the South Korean tech giant grows sales amid the pandemic-triggered stay want. Home trend.

According to Samsung, 17 BESPOKE HOME products will be available in the first half of the year, including refrigerators, air conditioners and vacuum cleaners.
The new BESPOKE refrigerator comes with 22 types of door panels and offers consumers a choice of 360 colors. The four-door refrigerator, priced between $ 2.89 million ($ 2,500) and 4.69 million won, will also have an embedded water dispenser in the door.
Samsung announced that its BESPOKE water purifier, first unveiled at the fully digital Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2021 in January, will go on sale later this month, while its jet stick vacuum cleaner will also be on sale this month Market will come.

On the content side, Samsung announced that it has partnered with Kakao Enterprises, CJ CheilJedang and Coupang to offer various services related to its Internet of Things (IoT) platform, SmartThings.
Starting this month, Samsung smart devices and home appliances will be compatible with the Kakao AI platform from Kakao Enterprise, a subsidiary of Kakao Corp., which operates South Korea’s most widely used mobile messenger, Kakao Talk.
Samsung worked with local food manufacturer CJ CheilJedang on simple cooking solutions for substitutes for meals at home in their ovens or microwaves. With the local online retailer Coupang, Samsung enabled users to easily purchase detergents that are compatible with the washing machines.
